Expected Delivery Timelines
Delivery windows begin after production is complete and final payment or deposit arrangements are confirmed. Times are estimates and exclude weather delays, port congestion, or customs processing.
Continental United States
5–7 business days from final order confirmation
Curbside freight delivery by insured carrier. White-glove delivery and indoor placement are available as add-ons in select metro areas.
Alaska & Hawaii
5–7 business days from final order confirmation
Orders ship via specialized freight to a local receiving terminal. Customers are responsible for final-mile arrangements unless white-glove service is purchased.
Canada
5–7 business days from final order confirmation
Duties, taxes, and customs brokerage are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the quoted freight amount.
International
5–7 business days from final order confirmation
We coordinate export freight for qualified destinations. Import duties, VAT, port fees, and local compliance are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Confirmation & Lead Time
Every Vantage Elite cart is built to order. Once your quote is approved and deposit is received, we confirm a production slot and provide an estimated shipping window. Production lead times vary by model and configuration; current estimates are included in your formal quote.
Freight & Insurance
All shipments are insured against transit damage. Standard delivery is curbside to the address provided. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Lift-gate service is included where required by local regulations.
Inspection at Delivery
Inspect the cart and packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs to start a freight claim.
White-Glove & Indoor Delivery
Optional white-glove service includes inside placement, debris removal, and a basic functionality walkthrough. Availability depends on your ZIP code and must be added before the cart ships.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each cart is built to customer specifications, orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Returns are accepted only for documented defects or shipping damage and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Tracking & Updates
You will receive a tracking or BOL number once the cart leaves our facility. Our delivery coordination team is available during business hours to answer scheduling questions.
