Return & Refund Policy

Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent. Because every Vantage Elite cart is built to order, returns and refunds are limited to specific situations.

Refund Eligibility

Use the table below to understand when a refund or return may be available.

Order cancellation before production

Full refund minus a 5% processing fee

If the build has not started, you may cancel for any reason and receive a refund of the deposit less a 5% administrative fee.

Production already started

No cancellation or refund

Because each cart is built to customer specifications, materials and labor are committed once production begins.

Delivery damage or defect

Report within 7 days of delivery

Visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading. Concealed defects or damage must be reported with photos within 7 days.

Post-delivery return for non-defects

Not accepted

Custom-built golf carts are not eligible for return due to buyer’s remorse, sizing, color preference, or change of use.

How to Start a Return or Claim

If you believe your cart is eligible for a return or refund, follow these steps.

Contact us

Email or call your Vantage Elite consultant with your order number and a description of the issue.

Provide documentation

Submit photos, the original Bill of Lading, and any carrier damage notes so we can assess the claim.

Inspection & resolution

Our team will review the claim and may coordinate a local inspection. Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or refund.

Refund issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after claim approval.

Eligible items

Only the complete cart as originally configured is covered. Accessories, upgraded parts, or third-party add-ons may have separate return terms and are not automatically eligible for a full refund.

Condition requirements

Any returned cart must be in original condition with no additional wear, damage, or modifications beyond the reported defect. Missing parts or abuse may reduce or void the refund.

Return shipping

If a return is approved, Vantage Elite will arrange and cover freight for the return shipment. Customers must not ship the cart back without pre-authorization.

Processing timeline

Claims are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Complex cases requiring a third-party inspection may take longer. Refunds are processed after the claim is fully approved.
